Ms. Stickels is National Casualty Claims Specialist at Stern Risk Partners. Jeanne has been in the insurance industry for 36 years and has extensive experience collaborating with customers to develop solutions for improving their claim programs and reducing their total claim cost. Jeanne is an advocate for our clients providing claim management oversight, conducting claims best quality audits, assisting with carrier coverage positions and negotiating third party administrator agreements.
Jeanne began her career as a field investigator for a third-party administrator investigating, evaluating and negotiating liability, workers" compensation and property claims. She grew into a management role in which she was responsible for supervising and training adjusters, as well as maintaining the quality of work product for the claim office. Jeanne transitioned into account management becoming a liaison between the clients and the claim offices. She next worked for a large insurance carrier overseeing a worker"s compensation unit, and as a claim consultant for the construction underwriting department. Prior to joining Stern Risk Partners, Jeanne spent for fourteen years with Beecher Carlson as a claim and risk services advocate for clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, health services, construction and real estate industries.
Jeanne has a business management degree from Louisiana State University. She has obtained the designations of Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Management (AIM) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Jeanne is a member of the Atlanta Claims Association and the National Association of Women in Construction.
