Ms. Parham is a National Property Claims Specialist at Stern Risk Partners. Linda has been in the insurance industry for 50 years and has extensive experience assisting customers and offering solutions for bringing complex Property Claims to a satisfactory resolution for our clients. Linda is a strong advocate and aids with coverage issues and analysis, which is helpful when our clients have complicated property claims issues. She has proven herself to be an asset to our clients when they are navigating difficult and multifaced elements of large property claims.
Linda began her career as a claim clerk for a small Independent Insurance Agency. After working for several insurance companies, she gained hands-on claims experience in determining the extent of damage sustained, as well as what would be involved to assure a property is restored to pre-loss condition. This experience allows her to develop strong relationships with both clients and large insurance companies. Her career expertise is with Large Commercial Property claims, including Builder"s Risk, that result in financial loss. She has superior knowledge of construction means and methods, and is an expert at identifying ways to shorten the duration of the time to manage a construction schedule, while damage is being repaired - but to also mitigate any delay in moving the construction project to completion. Before joining Stern Risk Partners, Linda held the position of Assistant Vice President with Chubb Insurance in their Complex and Multinational Property Claim Department.
Linda attended the University of Memphis. While at the University, she focused her attention on learning how to help those who had suffered an insurance tragedy recover from what sometimes can be a traumatic experience.
